Central and South America produces more coffee than any other growing region. Coffee from these areas are ideal for blending because of their great balance and light-medium finish. Our favorite coffee from this region include coffees from Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Brazil and Colombia.
Africa has a unique coffee... sweet, fruity, spicy, and full of exotic flavors. High in acidity, especially for washed coffees like Kenya's. In coffees from the Arabian Peninsula, we find the finest aromas with chocolate or wine quality flavors. Some of our favorites come from Kenya, Ethiopia and Yemen.
Indonesian coffee has a full body and is low in acidity. Earthy flavors, with exotic aromas of spices make these coffees exceptional. A large percentage of the beans we use come from Sumatra and India.
